Healthcare in Lincolnshire: your professional experiences and views

This project aims to understand the experiences of staff working across our IMP Healthcare primary care network. Your insights will help us create better working conditions and improve services for both staff and patients.

About this project

  • The aim of this project is to understand the professional experiences of healthcare staff working across our nine IMP Healthcare GP practices in Lincolnshire.
  • IMP Healthcare is inviting all staff, including GPs, nurses, practice managers, administrators, and support staff, to take part in a confidential online survey hosted on the independent Thiscovery platform.
  • The project has been designed with and for healthcare staff working in the Lincolnshire area and is being led by IMP Healthcare to improve both working conditions and patient care.

What we'd like to know

  • Your professional experiences working across the IMP Healthcare primary care network, including what works well and what could be improved in your day-to-day role.
  • Your insights on patient care needs, service gaps, and ideas for improving collaboration across the healthcare system.
  • The insights from this project will help us identify ways to improve working conditions across our practices, enhance professional development opportunities, and create better services for our patients.
