About this project
- Help us find out about interventions implemented in NHS hospitals to improve patient safety - and how effective or not you think they have been. It doesn't matter if the interventions worked or not, we are keen to know about the variety.
- This survey should take around 20 minutes – we've tried to make it as short as possible, but we know that describing interventions isn’t always straightforward! We really want to understand what worked and what didn’t, so we can collectively share crucial learning.
