Shape your strategy and priorities

Set direction with confidence – powered by a practical evidence-base

Every decision in health and care carries weight—whether it’s about policy, funding, or frontline services. But too often, those decisions are made without the people they affect most. That’s where we come in.

At Thiscovery, we generate robust, real-world insights by engaging the people who use, deliver and influence services—patients, clinicians and communities.

That means your strategy isn’t just well-intentioned.

It’s well-informed, tested and trusted.

What's the challenge?

We often hear from health and care leaders that:

  • "We’re under pressure to act fast, but don’t have the evidence we need."
  • "We need our strategy to reflect real needs, not internal assumptions."
  • "We want to build confidence in our priorities with boards and funders."

Without insight from those most affected, strategies risk becoming detached from the real world. That leads to missed opportunities, resistance to change - or wasted investment.

How we help: insight that drives strategic clarity

We deliver fast, inclusive online research that surfaces the ‘why’ behind the ‘what.’

Our insights help you:

  • Understand emerging needs and hidden barriers
  • Prioritise market or system opportunities
  • Co-create strategic goals with service users and staff
  • Embed equity and inclusion from day one
  • Strengthen funding and policy cases with credible evidence

We do the heavy lifting—so you can focus on making decisions that matter.

Our four-phase process

Engaging staff in major change across health and care

We supported the Q community team to design and deliver a UK-wide insight project exploring what best practice looks like when engaging staff through all stages of major change.

More than 300 participants took part in a collaborative online process to co-create practical definitions, principles and tools.

Outcome: The resulting toolkit is now helping teams across the UK design better engagement strategies - backed by evidence and built with the people who deliver care.

"The level of richness and thoughtful engagement was above and beyond our expectations."
